The Kings Park Motel is a 33-room 3.5 star motel nestled between the native bushland and botanical gardens of Kings Park, Perth's major hospitals, The University of Western Australia and the Subiaco shopping precinct. The motel is 3km from the Perth CBD.
Lady at reception was a great help as I was late getting to the motel.

I enjoyed our stay at the motel, I requested early check in which was great as the room was ready. I had to leave early on the Sunday not Monday as requested, unfortunately I couldn't get a refund or credit on the 1 night I couldn't use.
