Had trouble connecting to internet - IT man in pizza bar arrogant and condescending. Noisy guests on Anzac Day/Friday. Desk staff very helpful and pleasant. Location great - close to IGA was good. apartment well-set up and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

Everyone was very helpful and very hospitable. The rooms were very clean and adequate for our needs. One small note - I left the make up room tag outside expecting this meant the sheets might be changed, but this wasn't the case, however, I'm sure if I had asked then it would have been done. It was a great help having reception book a taxi for me.

All was great except the trundle was very uncomfortable for my daughter. I asked reception for some extra blankets and i was given an extra mattress to put on top along with some extra blankets to pad it out. Daughter was happy which meant I was happy.

We always enjoy staying here for short breaks. It's easily accessible to trams, shops & restaurants. The car parking is convenient and the reception staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Overall, we have found the Albert Heights Serviced Apartments to provide a very pleasant & comfortable city stay.

My two weeks of stay gave me good impression of the apartment. I feel at home and able to do my laundry and prepared simple meal. The utensils are cleaned. Pots and pans are well organised. If the sleeping bedroom got a aircon/warmer unit will be perfect.

Very helpful desk staff. Appreciated the descriptions of local restaurants and tips on transport options. Room service was flexible with timing and not intrusive. The unit and bet were in good order when we returned later in the day. Loved the ambience of the garden area when we came and went. Sad we didn't make the time to enjoy sitting there for a while.
