Couldn't be happier with location to Royal Children's Hospital, onsite parking and rooms that looked exactly like those on the Internet. Sleep was disturbed by constant stopping and starting of air conditioner unit that serviced another room, ours was off. Staff happy to let us leave car on site while we finished at RCH. Albion hotel recommended in guest services just a pleasant walk away and great old fashioned pub meals at very reasonable prices. Excellent for 1-2 nights but a larger living area would be needed for longer.

Overall a good experience. There was a slight issue with the DVD cables, they wouldn't connect to the back of the tv. We had to balance the yellow and white cables in the holes to receive a picture. Also, there was a homeless man sleeping in the brick garage behind the car park. He didn't bother us but we were unsure if the hotel staff knew he was there. We would recommend your hotel to friends.

Excellent staff care. We war positioned near the front door so it was a little noisy at times. Some cooking oil and glad wrap type items in the apartment would have been useful also.

We only had a limited number of hours at the apartment, arriving late at night. Key was left in a secure but easy location. Enough room in the bedroom for the portacot. There was a bit of outside noise and windows were a bit rattly but good location and nice apartments.

Comfortable and clean. I wish that we had been staying longer to truly appreciate all the benefits that the apartment had to offer. Beds comfortable. The coffee sachets are truly dreadful, but powdered coffee is never that great. Roomy and great for a longer stay. Loved that the alarm clock had a charger built in for my iphone.

This apartment was amazing for our needs for our business/pleasure trip. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again, and also recommend to out travelling friends looking for a nice quiet, very well appointed apartment to stay in Melbourne. Having the kitchen saved us, as we like to eat healthy, and also made it feel like a home away from home. Quiet, clean and safe. A wonderful visit.. The apartments were nice and clean and the staff helpful. Very close to the Royal Children's, not much else in the immediate area though. My main issue was the lack of a lift and having to lug my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Also, there was no hand soap supplied - small gripe but I thought this was a odd.
