Absolutely amazing apartment, the views were unbelievable. The apartment was in excellent condition and very clean and had everything that was required. Couldnt ask for a better location. Leonie, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful.We will definitely stay at this apartment for our next family trip to Queensland.

Loved the location, and layout of the apartment very spacious, great view and close proximity to beach, supermarket, and restaurants. We were well looked after on our check out date allowing us the freedom to stay around pool and the opportunity to do last minute tourist things whilst having our gear looked after till our flights left later in the day.

We loved the location. Not too close to Cavill Ave and not too far either. Across the road from the beach and surf club and flagged swimming! Our 1 bedroom ocean view apartment was exactly as described. I loved having the unit tiled for convenience of a one year old, mess was easy to clean. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the apartment was also great for our 3 night stay. The pool staff were friendly and did an exceptional job keeping the pool area and pool clean. Although slightly cold this visit the spa was a good alternative. Overall we found this unit to be excellent in value for money and will definitly look at staying here again on our next trip.

We had a great experience. The location was perfect and the views fantastic. Reception is open only during the day time, but I could get through to someone over the phone (at the entrance) everytime I had to. So that was not an issue.,Security was very good. Apartment has been recently refurbished. Peaceful and quiet environment.

Baronnet Apartments was great. Bus stop for airport pickups and theme park transfers was right at the doorstep, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was amazing. we stayed in room 801 and had great beach views, kitchen was well equipped, well presented and kitchen tools were arranged immaculately. Huge tv, huge living room, huge balcony, huge rooms. Everything was just great except that we didn't get our late check out, which was understandable seeing how in demand the apartment was. Thanks for a great time!

Great . 2nd year I've stayed in Sept after extending my time on the Gold Coast after a work conference. Fantastic location, great views, close to beach, restaurants , shops; but far enough away from the Cavill Ave party scene. Perfect place to chill out & recharge the batteries. Easy walk one block to the 702 Airport bus which is a great service. The local Aubrey street shops are really handy and the surf club is great for a breakfast

We stay there once or twice a year. Very comfortable. This stay had TV trouble, rang for assistance, at 7.00pm - no answer, so no assistance. Service let you down. Value for Money-in the past yes, presently don't know havn't checked lately. But we will stay there again.

Great location amendies basic but work. Would like to see shower bath area improved due to age and possibility of one a serious accident occuring when straddling over the bath to haxe a showrt. Should consider no slip surface in the bath.An upgrade on kitchen appliances etc like larger plates and other items needed. Exit box car park need to be highlited and repaired. These are only minor things to consider. I can say I will recommend this property and will definetly consider staying with you guys next time we visit the Gold Coast. Thanks for a relaxing time out. It's a very good place to stay. Located in the beach side and having a beach view, gave me a relax sensation every time I sat down in the balcony. A leaking water from the washing machine is only a minor issue and I could deal with it easily. Two thumbs up for the staffs, I got my earphone back. They are honest.

I was at the Coast for the Marathon and was looking for a place with good facilities, quiet, easy access, great view and I got it all. We were so happy with the appartment, the staff made us feel very welcome and we had a fantastic view.. The appartment was clean, all utensils we could possibly need and was very comfortable.
