This was my third stay and I absolutely love it. The staff as always are exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I stayed this time I checked in in the evening and was asked if I would like dinner considering the restaurant I am sure was due to close I appreciated the fact that they stayed open to feed me and the meal was great.

We were warmly welcomed, despite the late hour due to flight and car rental delays. Nothing was too much effort if we needed it. Will definitely book again if we need to stay this side of the Bay.

It is always difficult to find 'family' accommodation with three children that is reasonably priced and conveniently located to most Melbourne activities that we enjoy. So Beaumaris Bay Motel was a real find for us, and we highly recommend it for families; it is clean, comfortable and so close to some lovely bay beaches.

Our experience in staying at your property was a very positive one. Our room was ready on arrival and questions I had were answered promptly with assistance given to explain how we got to Beaumaris Motor Yacht squadron for a wedding we were to attend. The next morning,our continental breakfast which was more than adequate and was delivered to our room on time with the bonus of warm toast to boot!1

Was good. TV was pixelating; I went out for a while and it was fixed when I came back (on a Saturday). 100 metres from the beach. Nice and quiet at night.

Fantastic place to stay, with bright and welcoming staff. Very close to public transport and train to Melbourne CBD. 5minute drive to a huge DFO and right next to the beach. Great places to eat near by also. Overall would definitely recommend staying here great value for money. :D

very good. hairdryer in room 45 didn't work, so that was a bit annoying to find that out when we were getting ready to go out. shower was great. Spa was good. room was good. staff were nice. later check out time was great!
