We arrived well before the 2pm check-in time and the room was not ready. The lady on reception asked housekeeping if the room could be prepared earlier and after a short wait the room was ready. Many thanks. The hot water took a very long time to come through (Room 36) and so a considerable amount of water was wasted. This needs attention. We have stayed at the Buckingham several times over the past few years and have always been impressed with the staff, cleanliness and comfort.

A pleasant stay. Roo. Was comfortable and although located directly opposite the Highway very little traffic noise was heard. Would definitely stay again given location and price.

Our family enjoyed our stay in a nice and quiet Family suite. Good breakfast selection, Excellent Dinner menu. Nicely appointed rooms. Close to the Golf Course hosting the Handa Australian Womens Golf Open.
