It is very good value for money and the rooms were spotless, as was the shower area. Breakfast being part of the price was a welcome change from hotels charging quite a lot extra. I will definitely stay there again next time I visit Melbourne and would recommend your establishment to my family & friends.

Fantastic central location staff extremely helpful. hotel had everything we needed such as umbrellas. Room extremely clean well furnished toiletries etc high quality and tea and coffee facilities excellent in other hotels we have stayed in we have never had enough tea bags not so in this case. Well done.

As rated above, I was very comfortable in the hotel. I had booked your online special $148/ night incl. breakfast and parking (however i had no car). When i checked in I confirmed that I could have the breakfast as room service. I was dissapointed however on check out that despite confirming it on arrival, i was charged for the room service fee. I know it is a small amount ($7 in total) however since I didnt use the parking, and I had checked on arrival and was not advised of any additional fee, I was dissapointed.

It was my first visit with you and certainly will not be my last. My only dissatisfaction over comfort was with the behaviour of noisy guests in nearby rooms - talking loudly in hallways and shouting - and that is no fault of yours. These days I never travel without ear plugs :)

The only issue was that your website gave the impression that the Skybus service was available. I booked the Skybus on this info and found had to catch taxi's to and from bus terminal as they said they did not go to the Travel Inn.

We were very happy to stay here, our second visit and we will come back! Staff were friendly, room was spacious enough to accommodate parents and teenage daughter, we had breakfast each morning which was great and the location was perfect for us. Undercover parking was very convenient as on this visit we needed to drive to various places - great to get back at end of busy days to a car park and a comfortable room!

The hotel was very good. Room was clean, and reasonably quiet. Good temperature. Comfort bed and excelet quality linen. Only problem was that the TV had just two movie channels and one did not work. Parking lot is rather small but we had no problem parking our car. Breakfast space small when the hotel is at full capacity.
