The position is amazing being so close to Lygon Street and the Museum of Victoria and the iMax cinema and trams. The place is quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced and friendly. The dining room is welcoming and the food is great. This was my second stay and it will be the first place that I will seek out whenever I'm in Melbourne - great value.

I like the location and the comfort of the rooms. I think it is reasonable value for money - at $155 a night. Any higher fee, I would expect more comfort, eg, a bath. My only criticism is that you have the digital TV channels - ABC 24 is no accessible in your rooms. I also think that free internet access should be available.

Very comfortable. Beds comfortable, room temperature not too hot or cold, liked the eco soaps and water saving suggestions. Reception great at finding out what happened to the skybus.

Very good. Was perfect for our needs. The housemaid was a little too eager to clean the room despite our request for a late check out. Only criticism was that the bathroom was way too small, but the room was great in every other way.

Very pleased with the location and comfort. The bathroom was a bit squeezy but otherwise fine. Exceptionally quiet overnight which is more than can be said for some of the 5 star hotels we've stayed in at times.

Our stay was good, but we did not really interact with the staff much. The room was comfortable and clean. Although our bed was made daily I noted that the bathroom floor was not mopped daily.
