Excellent location, very comfy beds. But parking spaces way too small. Parking was allowed at a motel next door, and it was much roomier for those with a bigger car. I would definitely stay at Travel Inn again. No hesitation.

I needed a quiet room to work in before a meeting the following morning. The staff at the front desk very quickly moved me away from the screaming kids in the pool to room 301 - was a neat, clean, quiet room - I will be back!

I have stayed here twice as I have had appointments at the royal Melbourne hospital and both times I have had a very pleasant experience staff always friendly rooms are always clean and the breakfast are always nice ....and walking distance to the hospital I will stay here when ever I need to stay in Carlton

Overall experience was very good. Disturbed by guests both nights but realise this is beyond control of Travel Inn. Facilities were very clean. Would have appreciated sanitary bag replacement after cleaning and option for towels not to be washed after one night to save you power and water. We have stayed here several times and will continue to stay when in Melbourne.

we stayed 2 nights. the first night we were in an upstairs room on drummond street. the street noise in this room was crazy. we did not sleep a wink because you can hear every footstep, conversation, car, bus, tram as if you are in a tent in the middle of the road. im pretty sure the windows need to changed to glass type suit for noise control. To top it off tradies were then working on the roof at 7am. The next morning we were upgraded to a different room after requesting to be moved. The staff were excellent and the new room was much quieter. the noise on the 1st night was our only issue - we have never had this before at any hotel we have stayed at even cheap hotels. Everything else at the hotel is excellent.

The refurb of the rooms is the best I have seen in a long while. Lots of room around the bed, didn't feel pokey. Pool area was lovely. Staff were very friendly. We would definately stay again. Thank you!

Very good. Room was lovely althought the noise from the lift was a little disruptive at night. Also it was a little unclear from the waitress about what the breakfast included. She was a little like a sergeant major but the breakfast itself was great!
