Really good. Well appointed rooms. Car parking rate is outstanding and worth the extra distance to the airport vs the private car parks in the area. And having a single invoice with room and car on it saves time processing expenses.

Very good. All restaurant food was not hot enough. Room was very comfortable but showing signs of age. Available TV Channels need to be increased. Cost of food and beverages fairly priced. Shuttle bus service was fantastic and greatly appreciated. One pet hate. Your appearance on several hotel websites were not all inclusive prices. You are not alone in this practice but I really would prefer the all inclusive price. Nonetheless, I Would definitely stay again and i anticipate that will be between 4-6 weeks from now.

pillows are always a issue for me otherwise comfort vg. car parking package and airport drop off / pick up make your package very good value and it is the reason we have and will continue to use your services. the time it took to be pick up on my recent trip was exceptional and felt quicker than the 15 minutes I was estimated . well done.

Very good. Getting luggage to room difficult as needing to avoid stairs. Hard to find ramp areas re thorps, renovations going on so s bit dirty in hallways, room itself clean and well set up. Staff very helpful. Food good.

We had a problem with the wake up call. I saw reception write it down but it did not appear on the next days sheet? Maybe the sheet was changed? Similar problem with the 6am pick up to the airport. I did see reception write it down. The driver did remember our discussion with reception the day before so all was ok. Otherwise very happy with everything
