Had a very well earned night there before flying out. Had a spa in the room that I took full advantage of. Had a great night sleep and shuttle bus both ways was on time and very friendly. There was building going on in my wing and the noise was loud, and had to walk through building materials but not a problem. It has to be done sometime. It gave me a chance to go for a walk to the shops that are very close. When I got back, the tradies had gone home.

This was the last day of the heatwave. Rm 54 had an external wall which meant the room kept very hot. The AC unit had a lot of trouble keeping the room cool during the night. The AC unit also blew ONTO the bed which kept the bed cold - if the AC was turned off the room became too hot. Type and location should be reviewed!!! There is something loose on the fascia/ guttering which banged during the wind which came through with the cool change - annoying, should be fixed. Restaurant very nice, catered for GF, this service should be detailed clearly on the main menu. I hope you take on these comments Bob

Front desk experience is outstanding. Customer focused; volunteering to come from behind the desk to get our bags to the bus. Liked prompt shuttles, called for one to pick up at airport after returning hire car and in the morning needing a 2nd shuttle I thought it would take a few minutes to organize but it was right there. Very much appreciated after a very long day of driving from Lorne, ferry across to Sorrento, visiting and having dinner, long busy drive to motel. I was bushed and you made it a welcoming experience.
