Very good service and good value for money. I would definitely stay there again. Staff very responsive to suggestion regarding an issue with one of the beds. They valued my feedback.

I chose Birches for the location close to public transport and availability of reasonably priced parking. The walk-in shower I requested wasn't available but the shower over the bath was relatively easily negotiated even with my bad knee. The ground floor apartment I was given was bright, clean and comfortable.

It is a very good apartment that suit to family. It provided kitchen, so that we can make dinner for ourselves. It also a good location, because it near to the queen Victoria market and near to the Chinatown. However, there is no enough of parking lot to all the customer. Also, some of the furniture are old, so need to be change.

Staff were very helpful. We needed to extend our stay and it was no problem. We did find the traffic noise and also the noise from pedestrian crossing disturbing at times but otherwise very happy with our stay.

Excellent as usual. Refurbishing going on at present sometimes inconvenient but worthwhile for next visit. In apartment 9 the new blinds where welcome but unfortunately light from the street light shines straight through the split between the blinds onto the pillow nearest the window, my spot!. Probably little you can do about this. I've learned to dodge it.

Wonderful staff, so helpful, friendly and accommodating - they couldn't do enough to help, particularly Alan and Heather. Location was great, handy to hospitals, supermarket, take-away food and all were within a short walk. Secure parking is a bonus - and cheap in comparison to the car parks. Accommodation very comfortable and well equipped . Best of all a lovely comfy bed. Will certainly highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thanks for making my stay so easy.
