Can't speak highly enough of Breakers North. Had a fantatsic time, really enjoyed ourselves. You have a great place to stay and will stay again in any future visits.

excellent location close to beach, broadbeach shops, surface paradise, very nice apartment lots of space and bathrooms very modern, good facilities ie bbq, pool, friendly people, lots of families. Staff very helpfull Excellent value for money Only negative (very minor) the blind in second bedroom didn't block out morning sun was bright and woke our daughter up Underneath the couch had no been vacumed

Had a great time. Steff were extremely helpful even my laptop didn't want to connect!. Beach Access and easy for the kids. Quiet location - perfect although I think our noisy kids might have disturbed some of the other Guests. Highly Recommend it.

We loved our stay at Breakers North. Easy access to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. All the facilities was great, BBQ on the beach, tennis court, and heated pool & spa - the best. Stayed in apartment 12A, very spacious, beautiful views of the ocean, very relaxing. Staff, Jim was very friendly and very helpful. Wished we could have stayed longer, our kids enjoyed it!

Really enjoyed the week. Stayed in unit 9c which appeared to be newly renovated. Will definitely stay again. So impressed might even purchase a unit in the future. Thought the tennis/bbq outdoor settings as good as we've seen.

very happy with Breakers North and would definately stay again next year. Our ONLY negative comment is in respect of the BED, the hardest bed we have ever slept in.In accommadation of your quality , I think you can expect a far better quality bed and not bottom of market, purchased on price alone. We travel extensively and have not encountered such poor quality comfort in the bed. sorry, but the owners of that unit need to look at it, we would book the unit next year, but NOT with the existing bed.Kind regards, Merilyn Tymms

Perfect Location a short walk to the heart of Surfers, walk out the back gate to the patrolled beach a 1min walk to the bus stop. Great spa and pool for the children. Friendly residents and accomodating staff. Definately worth staying at, we managed to secure cheap accomodation here, however it far exceeded the price we paid. Children enjoyed the accomodation, beach, lifts. Thanks for accomodating us, and minding our bags before our late departure on checkout.

fantastic!! Great view and friendly and approachable staff. Except the wifi is always dropping and my last night on 4th June Internet is not working at all. I have to go to business centre to drop coins and to my disappointment the internet is very very slow. Just to access to check in from Singapore airline website, I have to use 2 $2 coins! Thumbs down for that:(. But thumbs up for security:) is safe to stay.

Our family holiday at Breakers North [March 2011] room 11D, was great. There was my hubby +I, our 2 daughters. 24 + 21 + her boyfriend 20. Having three bedrooms + 2 bathrooms were great. Our unit had everything we needed + more. We used the pool + bbq. Right in front of the unit block, is a life guard station. We had a great ocean view from the unit. We had a very enjoyable stay + everything was wonderful. We would stay here again. Thanks Sue Bone

One word............AWESOME We had stayed previously (about 5 or 6 years ago), but this was our friends first time and they were blown away with everything, exceeded their expectations (and ours) in every way. You seem to have thought of everything (fresh water showers near beach entrance, BBQs with movable umbrellas (which we didn't get to use but seemed like a nice touch). Managers at front desk (this may be you Tim?) were great people, friendly, relaxed and helpful. No troubles to ask for advice on getting back to the airport, or for organising late check-out (which was so worth the $100). The only 'blight' (I can't call it a problem or an issue as it wasn't) was the security guard who tried to move us on from the spa at 9:10pm on Friday night to lock up. We told him we were happy to leave at 9:30 as we'd only just gotten in and the sign says it closes at 9:30pm. He seemed annoyed and started to insist we move on as he wanted to lock up. But he left and we stayed..... To sum up, can't wait to come up for Xmas for a longer stay and utilise all Breakers North has to offer.

Loved the apartment, staff were friendly only complaint I would have is that my daughter was unable to hire tennis racquet and balls, not sure why. But overall very happy. Will def. be coming back and staying longer, 12b has my name on it.
