this was our fifth stay here, visiting elderly relatives and we have always found it to be very good. The staff have always been very helpful. It is nice to have some outdoor space, especially if the weather is good. The location is good for us, as the airport bus stops almost outside and there is now an excellent supermarket very close by.

It was fine. Really you shouldn't advertise that you have Foxtel when you don't. Following the instructions didn't work, and looking behind the TV did not suggest any cables indicative of a Foxtel link up. Free wifi was some consolation.

The only criticism I have is that there was a lot of dust and fluff along the skirting boards and under the furniture. A good vacuum cleaner would quickly address this. As I was staying with an elderly parent, it would have been more comfortable for her had there been more appropriate chairs for her to relax in while reading or watching television. The sofa bed is not very suitable and not particularly comfortable, even for a younger person.

We had difficulty adjusting to the continuous traffic noise in apartment 1.Something we are not used to and would have the unit position clarified in future bookings to try and minimise this. We found the housekeeping staff to be very courteous and obliging at all times. Wonderful location for easy access to train station and good food outlets. Great cooking facilities and refrigeration and freezer space which was a valuable asset during our 4 week plus stay.

I love staying here, the staff are fantastic and always willing to help.Perhaps some of the couches may need a look at ... quite uncomfortable. It is perfect for my needs as my business/family are in Brighton when I travel from interstate. I got caught out - literally - in my enclosed courtyard just after midnight - the sliding door locked itself ... luckily I was able to scale the fence and then tamper with the small window to get in - Perhaps an after hours emergency number would be helpful. If I was older or less able - I may well have been stuck outside all night, as it turned out even a key wouldn't have helped as I had chained the door from the inside. After advising the staff, the window was fixed, was mentioned this has happened to another door - reception door. Grateful for assistance the next day.

Hello, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The only downside was the traffic noise (apartment 1). Double glazed windows would be extremely helpful (but expensive, I know). The couch (which I think is a fold out sofa bed) was a bit uncomfortable to sit on. But the apartment was well appointed - thank you!

The apartment was very good thank you. It was big enough for an extended stay, so if I needed accommodation in the area again I would definitely stay again. I would have found it helpful to have a strainer in the kitchen for draining pasta. With the pots with the two handles it was just about impossible to strain the liquid and hold the lid on without it. Would have been nice to have some champagne glasses too.Otherwise the facilities were fine.

I really enjoyed the convenient location - a short stroll to Coles and a gentle jog to Brighton beach and nearby cafes. I also appreciated the full kitchen (including oven) and the washing machine. It was great to have a separate living area to the bedroom.

I love the location And staff are great The bathrooms are quite small and shower heads are a bit annoying Love that there is a washing machine .... But with no dryer can't use it on short stay ....Melbourne! I will always choose to stay here are it is great value and the staff are great. Also like free wifi and off street parking Thank you
