The rooms are modern and cleaned and l really appreciated the comfy bed and the Nespresso coffee machine!

Hi, yes mostly very good, unfortunately we didn't get the "king spa room" , which we were looking forward to very much. We ended up with a King room only. Which was disappointing. We also were not aware that the restaurant was not open on the sunday evening,so had to travel for our evening meal. We didn't discover there was no spa until we had unpacked our luggage. We did speak with reception about the mixed up who were very helpful but the last thing you want to do is move when you have just got there. Having taken everything into consideration we perhaps would stay again but check everything prior to unpacking our luggage. The room was very pleasant as were the staff. Kind regards, Julia

Our 3rd time here really enjoy the king spa rooms and location of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is always good, however this stay was first time we dined at resturant for dinner. Wait staff need more training especially with regards to listening, meals were disappointing. Free wifi is great!

Excellent!!! Upon arrival the staff were accommodating and professional.The fresh strawberries dipped in chocolate and house wine are defiantly 2 thumbs up!! Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable i couldn't get off it. We ordered room service for diner and the food was flawless! I would recommend the gummy in tempura with salad and chips. We also had a full breakfast in the morning and that was flawless too :)

From the time we were greeted at reception the experience was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful. Totally unexpected for a country town. The experience of the Terrace Cafe Friday night French menu and entertainment was like Saturday night dinner, outstanding and a real treat. Coming back - please book for the night of the 14th Nov

It was excellent value for money, surpassed our expectations. Check in and check out was no fuss and prompt service. Room was very clean, spacious, nicely furnished and well appointed. The air conditioning worked very well and the block out curtains were great. Coffee with complementary pods was a nice touch. Car park and room access was very convenient and close to the room. All staff were friendly and polite.

This is our third stay, we love the friendly relaxed feel the staff portray. All staff we have encountered have been exceptionally professional and obliging, nothing is a trouble and they make you feel valued as a guest. Reception staff are very efficient. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. We loved that free wi-fi has now been introduced. The free use of a washing machine and dryer is a real bonus. Thank you all for making our stay enjoyable, we will be back.
