Friendly helpful staff, good food, good prices and a courtesy upgrade took a lot of the stress out of delivering my wife to Central Gippsland Hospital for surgery the following day.

EXCELLENT!! This was a combined celebration for my birthday and Mothers' Day as I had been away traveling. Each time I had driven past I wanted to stay here and my expectations were pleasantly exceeded!! We have a lot of hotel experience and this is one of the better places, particularly in Gippsland. Everything was wonderful, the rooms were immaculate and the food was just sublime. They source all their meat and produce etc from locals in the area too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Experience was good. I enjoyed accessing the fitness centre and the room was well appointed as well as spacious. I was disappointed that I had to pay $19 for breakfast as it is quite expensive for a continental breakfast and in the room on the calendar at the desk is states that if you book any room at Centry you get breakfast at the Terrace. This was obviously not the case. Also the shower in my room flooded out into the bathroom floor as there is a gap between the door and the frame of the shower.

Very nice stay. room was quite clean.It was a nice, modern, spacious comfortable room. We did get room service and the confit lamb was quite dry however, very over priced for what it was. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent, but overpriced. Breakfast was average - eggs over cooked, toast so dry it became crumbs. Decor / furnishings starting to look dated. More attention needed in the bathroom - all corners dirty (wherever there was a seem).

hotel room great. Staff great. Disappointed in the limited dinner choices. The entree risotto was half cold, very ordinary taste, and one cup of rice for $20 odd dollars was too expensive. Maybe different if you are holidaying and eating lovely meals, but for room service for a working person, it really put me off
