Nice room, comfortable bed. Room rate included Internet access but had to explain this to reception and once I got the access codes, it didn't work as the room couldn't pick up wifi. Noises in the ceiling ? Possums all evening Otherwise a comfortable stay

The bathroom door of the room I stayed in did not close properly - this was a but disappointing. Also, when I emailed a few days in advance to ask about early check- in (only 30 minutes) I was told I would have to call on the day however a friend who did the same thing was told it was fine and was able to check in early. Apart from that I had a good stay, staff were helpful and the room was nice.

Don and I plus all my family and relatives enjoyed our stay for my son's wedding. I only had two concerns ...one being the poor lighting above the bridal table which left them in the shadow all night and hard for the rest of us to see them, especially for speeches. secondly, a menu on the tables would have been nice to identify what we were served. The service of wine to the tables was a little too fast given that time was needed to get the meal out. The staff couldn't do enough for us and I appreciated this so very much. Thank you to all your staff as it made a memorable weekend for us all.

Had a fantastic experience after booking two rooms for myself and hubby, along with my parents who were amazingly impressed with the quality and standard of accommodation. The staff are an asset, particularly Sharon in the restaurant, a true gem and excellent service provider. Food exceptional for dinner, but was looking for cooked breakfast in the morning and wasn't offered. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

everything was great except the breafast on both sat and sunday. no hot breakfast available. this sould be a must especially on the week end. we had to go elsewhere for breakfast. also note other guest felt the same.
