The rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen, service excellent. Would definately stay there again. Not to far to walk to the main shopping center.

VERY PLEASANT STAY. SHOWER OVER A BATH IS OUR ONLY CONCERN. UNDERSTAND THAT WITH NO WEEP DRAIN THIS MAY BE THE BEST METHOD OF KEEPING THE FLOOR DRY. HAVE STAYED ON A NUMBER OF OCCASSIONS BEFORE. THE REFURBISHMENT IS VERY GOOD.

This place is amazing. We were upgraded to a king bed. The room was great and the bed was so very comfy. The staff were very helpful and always pleasant and happy. The hotel is very central to everything and the tram just a short walk away. No noise from street below. We had to wait an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. They gave us a cup of tea and biscuits while we waited. The breakfast is enough to get you up and going for the day. The room was spotless and very well maintained.We will def be going back here.

I have stayed at City Limits for many years when in Melbourne for business. These days that is only 3 or perhaps 4 nights a year, but I have always been greeted and treated as though I was the most important guest ever. Satff have always been welcoming and the rooms clean, quiet and very comfortable. Conseqiuently I have recommended City Limits to quite a few of my colleagues who go to the meetings in which I participate. Thanks for the opportunity to participate in the survey

The rooms are a good size, Bed was very comfortable, firm enough but with softness. We slept so well. Opening windows are great for fresh air. Well appointed throughout, with a lovely shower in newly tiled bathroom. Desk staff do everything to please & are exceptional by comparison to other experiences. Even the cleaning staff are unusually dedicated. Location is superb & generally quiet. A two minute walk to free city trams & numerous eating & coffee places just outside the door. It's not expensive & is so comfortable & very well managed. Absolutely will recommend to friends.

The brekky pack was frozen including the juice. Thought the parking was a little bit pricey as it was just street parking. Staff were friendly. Was surprised how noisy the room was however great location so would definitely stay again
