There was no room for the TV when the sofa bed is pulled out. I paid extra for the sofa bed for my grandson to sleep in and every morning we had to move the TV back. Excellent location with a market next door for grocery shopping. DVD rentals availability was good but the disks need to be filed in an orderly manner for quick retrieval, not dumped in box. We had a great time staying here. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, and when we found our door wouldn't close properly the staff had someone come out that night to fix it.

We had a fantastic stay, great location to Markets, Shopping, Restaurants and Attractions, Staff were exceptionally helpful, always happy to help, Daily room service was excellent and washer/dryer was a blessing, Excellent for food shopping as Aldi is just next door so handy. We were initially booked into a room with a sofa bed booked for our youngest daughter. The bed was broken and not usable. The efficient and friendly staff on duty made up for the inconvenience and immediately organised for a replacement bed to be delivered. The next day they moved us into a more suitable apartment, with a bed that was fully functioning. If not for the efforts made to fix the problem we would have been very annoyed. Instead the staff should be commended. The apartment was clean and well heated. My only grumble was the very limited cooking utensils available. I've stayed with you twice now, both times in different rooms- but it's fair to say the rooms were showing some signs of wear and tear. Room was clean and comfortable, however the room was not serviced until very late in the afternoon everyday (4-5pm). The lounge was very worn as the faux leather was lifting. There was also no washing up sponge in the kitchen.
