We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, EVERYTHING worked, there was plenty of lighting, FREE WiFi, the shared laundry facilities were excellent - we arrived early in the morning and our apartment was ready for us. The location is fantastic with train and tram only metres away. The apartment was very quiet and full service was offered twice weekly. It is very good value for money and other guests with whom we came in contact were very friendly. The Staff Members were very welcoming, helpful, conscientious, capable and friendly, we look forward to our next stay there.

The tap made noise when turned on in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower was hard to regulate could be newer. The shower mat was dangerous.

Good value and good location. Not so good was a kitchen with not enough plates, cutlery for 3, no dish cloth, cold water tap in bathroom screamed every time it was turned on. Smoke drifting in to apartment as people smoked in stairwell or just outside. otherwise not a bad place to stay if the noise from a railway station close by does not bother you.

The apartment was clean and quite large, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The bathroom could do with a repaint and the door was a bit of a pain to lock if you had your hands full. The position was fantastic and we barely heard any noise from outside. Was great value for money and would definately stay again.
