The bed and breakfast suits our needs, comfortable, clean and close to MCG for football matches, only had breakfast on the Sunday morning but is was very well presented, and enyoyable. Thanks for the great weekend.

A good location and loved being in a residential street. The room was clean and tidy but updating the fixtures and fittings and repainting the room is long overdue. Making allowances for gluten free people would also be appreciated.

It was great - I was able to park my car in a private carpark. Noise was a at minimum. The breakfast had a bit of everything and very enjoyable.

While very good as always, was not to the standard of the twin rooms we have stayed in, in the past. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom.

I was a little surprised when I checked in, not having stayed in a property like this previously. It wasn't quite as grand as I expected from the online gallery but it was clean; it just needs a little TLC. The parking was tricky to navigate - narrow exitway. The breakfast was delightful and service excellent. I think I would stay there again. It was a bit of an adventure. Thank you.

We will come again. Our room was comfortable and clean. Location and value very good. The public areas need refreshing and a gardener is needed but the main thing is the room and we were very happy with it.

This is the second time I have stayed here with friends and both time it has been ideal. We head off to the tennis and it an easy walk through the MCG and we are there. the rooms and breakfast suit our needs perfectly, its in a nice quiet leafy suburb.

What a great little gem so near to everything. A little old, so if you are after all things modern then this may not suit, but if you want a quiet place close to amenities that is value for money, go for it. I will be back again.
