The location is extremely convenient and staff highly obliging. One minor issue is that a faulty bedroom lamp has not been repaired since we stayed in the same room at Magnolia Court two weeks ago.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was very nice - great raison toast. The booking process is very efficient. Overall it was just what I needed for an overnight stay.

Nice cosy environment, close to city, good breakfast but had to ask for eggs/bacon. Perfect information on how to access building after 7 PM. Good beddings. Perfect parking.

We stayed in a room at the front of the hotel directly above the breakfast room. While there was no noise from the kitchen itself below, there was a strong smell from the cooking of the hot breakfast (probably the sausages). This smell of grease/fat/smoke was also throughout the reception and stairwell area. An improved exhaust system will treat the problem and stop the smell from cooking wafting through the front part of the hotel. Otherwise it was quite a pleasant stay and I'd be happy to stay again. I think it's probably an overstatement to describe the property as 'boutique', especially the new section where we stayed. Overall for us in the new section it was a pleasant, comfortable and simple hotel in a great location.

4 yrs n a row we ave stayed Grand Final weekend here. The only complaint I would have is that there needs to be more room in the dining room at breakfast time. It is far to small for the number of tables they have in there

Very convenient and quiet location. Amenities very good. Staff was always obliging. Two light globes needed replacement (forgot to advise manager). Would prefer more extensive breakfast menu but okay. Would stay at Magnolia Court again and would also recommend hotel to friends looking for accommodation in area.
