I am always happy to stay at Magnolia Court. I did appreciate being helped with a flat battery on Tuesday morning. I have noticed maintenance work that needs doing such as bed light globe needing replacing, trip hazard at the step from the bathroom to the lounge, lamp shade loose and so on.

Overall we will be back to stay as its a perfect location, something needs to change with your parking as going out every hour to move our car is hard work when you have kids. Maybe get some parking permits for the people that stay with you.

We have stayed at the Magnolia Court twice within a week and will stay there again on our next trip to Melbourne. It is perfectly located close to the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Rod Laver, Hospitals and an easy walk to Chinatown, Federation Square and the city centre. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

If you are thinking 5 star, forget it. You don't get 5 star at this price. However, the accommodation was homely, clean and good value. The location was excellent with a very easy walk to CBD and hospitals. The staff were very obliging and helpful. Breakfast was fine. We managed to get parking, as we arrived early afternoon. We slept very well, as the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet through the night. If you are on a budget and not expecting the grand hyatt, this should suit .

Lovely room on a very quiet street. Kitchen only had small refrigerator and cooktop, therefore cooking was limited, however for one night it was perfect.

We were very happy with the accommodation . Breakfast was very satisfying. Thank you for allowing us to leave the car parked for the 2 days as not being really familiar with the local traffic we didn't want to be driving about and looking for alternative parking. We were able to walk to conference site and to suitable eating facilities
