This is a warm,friendly, quaint hotel offering good value for money including an excellent buffet breakfast . The staff are obliging and helpful the location handy to everything, overall a great stay highly recommend.

Magnolia Court is perfectly located close to Melbourne CBD in a lovely suburb. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel has great old world charm. Our rooms were clean and pleasant and the tariff included a cooked breakfast. We will definitely be back.

The main thing is that it is quiet, which is what I need most. It is also very charming, better than some hotels which seem so cold. It is also not too expensive. I would happily stay here again.

Room was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. Staff were very good at all times. To improve: no ABC (channel 2) on tv; also wifi was good but needed new password every 16 hours over 4 night stay.

This was our 3rd time back at the motel and we will definitely be back again. The staff are very friendly especially Edwin and willing to help with no issues. Breakfast is really nice and cosy with guests chatting with other guests in the motel. It makes for a really nice atmosphere. Rooms were quiet as well and beds comfortable.

As your records will show ,we haxe stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions and generally speaking it is all good. I do feel however that some aspects of the property have become a "little tired" and are in need of a little attention to bring it back up to speed. It has much going for it and would be a pity to let the the small things go unattended.Good luck for the future.

At first, we are a little taken aback by the age of the building. But, after a while, we realised that was part of the charm of Magnolia Court. We were impressed with the staff in the breakfast room who kept cleaning up and keeping the tables tidy and clean. The location was excellent.

The hotel had a lot of charm from the location on the very wide street, the cottage garden and the high ceilings in the rooms. It was close enough to the city but the suburb was great. It reminded me of some of the better B&Bs that are common in England.

We stayed here on several occasions (for Olympic Dream Fun Runs from Tennis Centre) many years ago and it was great to see it was still a lovely place.
