Value for money especially with breakfast package. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious surroundings but sometimes unable to park directly outside motel room {other guests/staff parked there?}. TV in adjoining room could be heard but fortunately it didn't continue during late night hours. Very satisfied with our stay.

It would be good for rooms to have a separate sink for filling the kettle & washing up cups etc. It was very awkward to try & fill the kettle in the bathroom sink.

Only two negatives: It was a tight squeeze in the toilet due to being pregnant and our water jug in the fridge was empty upon arrival. The free use of the phone charger was great, thanks for that.

The room was recently renovated and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was included and presented great value. The outside of buildings and grounds were a little 'tired'

The stay was great. But the room service for Dinner was really bad. We ordered dinner for 6.30 pm, at 6.20 pm there was one low knock on the door, but we where getting out of the spa then, we sang out won't be long, we answered the door, but no one was there. About 2 minutes later my phone rang it was the front desk asking would we answer the door, so we waited & waited & waited it was 6.35 by this time & we checked out side & there was out $60.00 meal on the ground path way near our door, my husband brought the tray inside & of cause it was COLD. The next morning We had to leave early due to family problems so we couldn't try your continental breakfast that came with the room but the front desk gave great service, we are happy to stay again, but I feel my Husband & I will go out some where else to eat Dinner. Wonderful stay, very impressed. Also very good value for money as the room was nice, clean, spacious and had good facilities. Only complaint was that neighbouring room had their TV up very loud.

The room was lovely and everything spotless. The notice level from floor above however was not pleasant and there was a spa bath going at 3am. Not resorts fault but annoying all the same.

Wonderfully large, comfortable & modern room, which had everything you could need. Easy booking & checkin. If it was summer we certainly would have been using the outdoor facilities such as the pool. Great stay!

Nice clean motel with modern facilities and nice spacious family room great for families however the room we had was right next to the road and footpath and very noisy with people coming and going till all hours and cars and trucks non stop sounding like their in your room so if we were to stay again would request a room right around the back.

The room was clean and accommodated our family. Very dissapointed with the continental breakfast, although this was included in our package other family members had to pay. There was no yoghurt left, no fruit, muesli and barely any juice by by 8.45am. When asked if there was anymore it was a flat NO! Family members who had to pay $15 for this would have been better going to mcdonalds. Our room was right on the road which meant it was extremely noisy with a large gap around the door.

Overall was a very good experience. The only negative would be the fan in the bedroom was very loud even when the heater was not on and this made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay at and was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again but I do think something needs to be done to quieten the heating/air con system.
