It was better than we expected. The check-in was smooth and although we arrived early at 10.30am, we were given access to our apartment immediately. The room was well maintained and the basic essentials were provided. The view from the living room windows & balcony was so picturesque. The reception staff were very friendly. Just to narrate one encounter - We broke an egg holder and informed the reception staff and she said it was OK and not to worry about it.

Not as happy with the fit out in this is apartment as previous one in other tower 5 years ago, kitchen benchtop marked, shower door tiny, door to bathroom not able to fully open door to large hook on door back, bruises on l arm were kept walking into large door handle, toilet area cramped, towel rack in toilet area not good placing, unhygienic. No instructions for using clothes dryer. View and conditions excellent, happy with service, surroundings, nice and quiet, paradise.

Overall v.good. Our son got locked in bedroom and caretaker came quickly at 2am - impressed with that. One let down was the lady who we handed keys to at end of stay said, "Your holiday's over now, goodbye." We didn't think that was very polite, and how did she know we weren't off to another hotel somewhere else? Nice apartment block. Would have liked a direct sea view instead of peeking round the side at the sea.

My partner and I loved our stay at the oceana. The rooms were a great size and very well kept. We were on the 8th floor and the ocean views were amazing. We feel it's definitely make your holidays a lot better when you can sit and watch the ocean from your room, very relaxing. Staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful when needing anything. We would 100% stay again.

Our 2nd time back and a great place to stay our only wish would be that we'd had a room similar to our 1st visit on the north east side where you got to see the sun. This room on the south saw a little sun on the deck that was gone by 8.30 and with the wind we had it wasn't that pleasant to be out there. All that to say though that we totally enjoy our stays there and will be back. A great location.

From the moment we stepped in the door and saw the view we instantly relax. Loved the size of the apartment and being able to open the windows and listen to the ocean. Enjoyed the beach just out the gate.

Thanks for a great stay. The apartment we had - 416 - was as good as the images of the apartments look on the website if not better - something which I can't say for all properties I've stayed in! Loved the location, pool, facilities such a sauna and small gym.

Lovely. Our room 49 could do with a decor update as it was a bit 80's. Having said that, it had everything we needed and we'd definitely come back.
