When the weather did not cooperate, Oceana was a good place to be,as we were indoors a lot and very comfortable.

Being strata titled apartments, our individual owners ultimately decide if they want certain items (safes included) in their units. Management can advise them what our guests are suggesting but we cannot force them to purchase!
Regarding WiFi, we have found that guests require different services and logging onto a provider gives them choice.
Our Body Corporate (for all 94 units) has made the decision on all closing times for outside facilities (BBq, pools etc) and this was decided for the benefit, the peace and quiet of all.
We hope none of the above prevents you from returning as our guest in the future and we look forward to welcoming you back.

We thought it was a fantastic place to stay. We did not really like the glass kitchen table in the room 7.30, but if that is the worst thing I can come up with, then must have been pretty good. :)
We loved the pool area, and the fact that it was so big, clean and quiet was brilliant. The kids lived in it. If/when we come back to Broadbeach, we will definitely be looking to stay here as an option, and will recommend to others if ask.

We had a great time. One small disappointment. When I booked I checked about schoolies and was told they usually don't stay with you. On Friday 31 a group of kids moved into appt. 28 next to us and they were very noisy with the door slamming shut all day and night. We didn't say anything because we were leaving on Sunday. We would stay again but not during schoolies.

As "self-contained' apartments we offer our guests a few starter items like washing/dishwasher and laundry powders and suggest the local store across the road for all consumables. We will have a look at the curtains and hope this does not stop you booking again with Oceana! Unfortunately some owners will not upgrade to our specifications, even though we suggest it is necessary.

Oceana is a building of "self-contained" apartments and as such our guests are given a few essential items to start their holidays and are then expected to purchase their own provisions. Washing machines and dryers are in each unit for our guests to use. By and large, beach towels are supplied by "Hotels" and some "Motels" but not by apartments on the Gold Coast. We hope that does not stop you visiting us again and look forward to seeing you in the future.

So your next holiday with us can be more enjoyable can I please clarify if you are referring to the common areas outside the units or inside the apartment? If it is in the common area, the Body Corporate requires us to place their signage as directed and we are legally required to do so. If it is inside the unit are you referring to the fire alarm notices? We do experience a high amount of false fire alarms costing the Body Corporate tens of thousands of dollars each year. If however there are other signs you may be referring to, please do let us know as we would like to be sure that the next time you visit your holiday is enjoyable and not too restricted.

It was like a home away from home. Broadbeach shops are convenient and the little cafe out the front was perfect. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach across the road and the beautiful sunshine on our balcony every morning. We will defiantly be back to stay here.

We were delighted with everything about the property. We experienced just one problem and that was there were reservations going on in the apartment above us for 3 consecutive days. On one of the days we had to leave our apartment for the day while a pneumatic drill was being used.

We really loved the apartment. We have been to the Gold Coast many times and this place is one of our favourites now. We were in the south end of the south building which we thought may have been the best position, but as we haven't seen any of the other apartments, we may not be correct.
