Great location, everything in the unit was good...If we had to give any constructive feedback, it would be that one of our daughters has a dust allergy and the curtains in the unit had a bad smell and a lot of dust in them and her allergy was stirred up as a result...some mould smell was also evident throughout the unit.

We return to Oceana again and again because it is simply perfect. We visit the Gold Coast at least once a year, and have tried many other apartments over the years. Nothing compares. We love the spacious, luxurious, well equipped apartments with a gorgeous vista and immaculate reception, elevators, corridors and outdoor areas. Right on the beach, and it has lots of little conveniences that make our holiday more relaxing and enjoyable. Like the great outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when you return from the beach, the wide undercover car parking spaces, the odour-free rubbish shutes, the large wardrobes with plenty of hangers, and the obvious attention to cleaning and maintenance so that everything is clean and working. The full kitchen has lots of storage and is well stocked with crockery, glasses, cookware, utensils and serving ware, so you can entertain family and friends. The laundry is spacious enough to store all the beach gear, so there are not wetsuits and body boards dripping around the apartment. We always appreciate that that it is easy walking distance to the Broadbeach cafes and shopping, yet just far enough away to avoid the congestion, traffic and constant construction noise. We love the sparkling clean pools and the gorgeous adjacent barbeque area that is perfect for poolside evening meals. And it is QUIET! Management provide a good guide on arrival about facilities, services and behavioural expectations of guests and it really makes a difference. People make an effort not to disturb each other - and management will intervene if guests are being rowdy or disturbing other guests. We really enjoy the absence of constant screaming from teenagers in the pool! And if our kids are being too boisterous, we can shift them from the pool to the beach in under 5 minutes. When you watch the waves rolling on to the beach from your Oceana balcony, you feel the tension releasing. We will return again and again. It is just brilliant.

Had trouble with booking on-line - would not accept that 4 people were staying in 4 bedroom appartment - defaulted to 8 people, so on arrival reception expected 8 people. Also only able to select bedding configuration for 2 of the 4 rooms. Actual experience after arrival was excellent - wonderful staff and a very enjoyable holiday.

My friend & I booked this apartment for a girl's weekend away and were hoping we would have a decent place to relax in for the weekend. What we discovered on arrival far exceeded our expectations! The unit itself was huge, well appointed , spotlessly clean and had everthing you could ever need on holiday. The view from the living areas & balcony was spectacular , overlooking the ocean . The pool/s and surrounding areas were great & again very clean & well maintained. Great location - not too far to the mall in Broadbeach but far enough away to be quiet & relaxing. Thankyou to the staff for organising our late check in & late checkout - we didn't want to leave! We are already planning our return trip ( might bring the family this time! ) Perfect!!

The apartment was ideal for us. Exactly as described and very good value for money. Proximity to the beach was excellent and an easy walk to the main Broadbeach shopping centre along the walkway. Thank you for a great stay. We'd just like better weather next time :-)

The stay was very pleasent, great location, excellent facilities and brilliant accomodation. We have been coming up to the GC for 10 years now, always staying around the Broad Beach area at this time (due to the Motor racing) and this is without doubt the best stay we have experienced. We had a wonderful time staying at Oceana On Broadbeach. Our only complaint would be that even when we were the only people in the pool we were unable to use water toys to play with our children. We would not have allowed our children to bother any one else with them and would have appreciated the chance to have some fun in the pool with squirters and a soft ball.

We love Oceana. Facilities & units are lovely. Our kids love the pools & the barbecue area is so convenient and always clean. We appreciated our request to have my brother and familiy located on the same floor as us being accommodated - made for a perfect holiday. The apartment was extremely spacious and clean. I would have thought a service after 4 nights would have been good. Location was beautiful but would probably stay a bit closer to shops next time. There did seem to be a lot of rules about what you could do and not do but I guess that is how you keep it well managed. Very helpful at organising our theme park visits.
