Just brilliant ... the facilities were fantastic, location perfect, staff extremely helpful & would stay there again. The balconies were a bit too small but EVERYTHING else was just great ... thanx for a top hol!!!

Wonderful location, good staff. Room was bigger than expected. Great features such as laundry and kitchen facilities. No drainage/draining facilities on bathroom floor which was/is a major WH&S issue.

was disappointed when I reported the power going out. The toaster tripped the safety switch. Was told to use another power point. However the next morning it still tripped the safety switch. Don't think this was very safe for my family. Item should have been replaced there and then.

Everything was great. My only complaint would be that there was a lot of noise coming in the 2nd bedroom window even though it was closed. Perhaps not sealed properly. Staff friendly and helpful. Liked using the gym for workouts.

Overall was very happy with apartments. Some kitchen equipment needs updating, also providing small quantities of things like washing powder and cloths rack to dry things on would be good. Staff were extremely helpful.
