Went with three friends and it was just what we were looking for. In the heart of the CBD and facilities were great. Would highly recommend staying at Paramount and I am sure we will be back.

On the whole, a good experience. There were four of us, 3 adults and and 11 year old. Staff at check in and check out were excellent, most helpful, and very pleasant to deal with. Enjoyed the pool and spa.

Always stay at the Paramount because it's an allround great place to stay and unlike alot of other places in Melbourne you guys don't bump your prices up at major event times which is why I'll always keep coming back!

apartment was a great option, centrally location in the theatre district. The room was great, a good size and with views of the city. For the same price as a hotel, it was worth having the extra space and facilities. The staff were very good, there was always someone on the desk to help. I would recommend these apartments to others.

Comfort was a tough rating. You should have got a 'Perfect', but one issue let you down. I had a minor complaint with noisiness, especially in the bedroom. My first night was quite disturbed as there was a bar or something outside nearby, and a noisy set of air conditioning units down below. I logged it with front desk, and they came up to check it out promptly -- but it was a Sunday. The main maintenance person checked it out Monday, and partially taped it up -- which i think made a minor improvement -- but it really needed the whole seals replaced or something. I initially opted not to change rooms and then I was arriving too late in the evening to be bothered requesting a move. I added a towel to block the bottom, and it was bearable - but I would have preferred to have the window seal fixed properly. It tainted an otherwise very nice experience (again) at your property -- and I strongly suggest you fix this (room 615). Bad nights sleep aren't a good thing. Shower/bath wall also swung in on me while showing (didn't report that sorry). I'm a tall person, and I have to say that that style of bath/shower I don't like. Minor, but i'd love to see a proper shower in there, or at least a taller shower head.

We loved the great facilities eg tennis court, heated pool and gym. Having an apartment for my family was great and I was pleased with having a washing machine too. The only improvements I recommend are to wash the kitchen floor between guests as it was sticky when we arrived and to provide a drying rack for clothes so clothes can dry without using a dryer. There was also a condom wrapper under the bedside table where my 5 yr old slept. It was not his. We were pleased to have easy car parking on site too.
