I had a lovely stay although I spent far to much money shopping. Which in turn made my suitcases so heavy bit of a hard time trying to get them down to the carpark. The staff were great very helpful. The location was perfect for my needs and I intend staying with you again very soon. Thankyou.

I actually came with my 5 daughters, the apartment was very large with room for us all to move and have space if we needed it. It was in a great position close to everything. We had a great time. Would definately stay here again.

Location was excellent, the apartment was basic but clean and everything seemed to work ok. A little bit of a journey to get to our room via the two lifts and corridor but otherwise good. Will certainly stay again in the future.

Great location to everything central and easy to trams, and transport. Very roomy and big which made it a nice for our short stay, but would have no hesitation in recommending this to everyone for either short or long stays. Very quiet as I am sure it was near fully booked but never heard anything around the corridors.

We loved our stay at Paramount apartments and will recommend them to our friends.The apartments are in a great location. Ours was very spacious and we had a lovely view over Parliament House and St Patricks Cathedral. It was excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful, and did not hesitate to get extra blankets when we needed them. The pool, gym and spa were fantastic.

Overall the Paramount is good value. the parking I believe is not good value though. If I didn't have to bring a car the paramount is good value. With parking the value diminises considerably.

Hi Staff very pleasant and helpful at front desk. My only serious issue was that fridge in our room 1204 is overcold, such that vegies (e.g. cucumber) that I left in the fridge overnight was frozen by next morning, and therefore ruined. Air conditioner in our room wasn't very effective for cooling living areas - it was OK for the weather we had but I don't know if it would be effective for high thirties. I also noticed that the second room in our apartment was locked shut - is this normal practice now? Last year both rooms were available to my son and I so we were able to have separate rooms - yes I realise it will incur slightly higher laundry costs for you, but was much appreciated by us. Location excellent for us as we were attending the tennis. Alison

I was very impressed with the excellent location. The staff were most helpful, the rooms were clean and well maintained, I would recommend the Paramount to my friends and family. I will definately be visiting the Paramount again. Also it was great to be able to leave the car in the underground carpark and use public transport to easily get around the city. Thanks for making our visit to Melbourne very enjoyable.
