Needs bit of polishing has a old dead look. Lift needs to be fixed with proper access to parking and exit. Changing lifts is too complicated. Will be good to have the shopping centre operational.

Friendly and helpful staff from check-in to check-out. apartment very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location. Taxis out front. Close to many dining options. Would highly recommend to family and friends visiting Melbourne.

everything went smoothly. ipaid for a studio apartment and got a 2 bedroom apartment, how could i be happier? It is a great place to stay - comfortable, very clean and reception staff are friendly and helpful. this the second time i have stayed there and chose it again because my first stay was so good. thanks

Was very surprised with the size of the apartment, so much bigger than I had imagined. Fantastic location and even better price! Made perfect with the carpark being included. Will certainly be coming back when we come to stay in Melbourne again!

Overall the service and location was very good. The only issue we had was the noise level from people in the streets. May be in the furture the glass windows and doors need attention to keep the noise level down. I know it is difficult when some or most of these appartments may be separately owned. We chose to stay when in Melbourne because of the location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was very busy every day and it was so good to come back to more than 'just' a hotel room especially somewhere I could be like 'at home' and have dinner in. The spa and pool are FANTASTIC! PLEASE keep them!

We have stayed at Paramount several times when visiting Melbourne over the past few years and always found it to be an excellent stay. One of us had a little trouble with the hardness of the beds but prefer this to too soft. Was a little more expensive due to Football Grand Final but still better value than other similar establishments. Security fantastic and car parking a bonus. Will definitely stay again.

We felt at home in the apartment and the location is great. The mattress in the double room needs renewing and the twin room was very noisy, it seemed like the window was not sealed well.
