This had been my second stay, totally catered for our needs, gym,pool,location, transport/trams short walk to major city centre. We used skybus this trip, staff organised and all went to plan. We will be back.

Overall we were extremely happy with our accomadation and the facilities provided perfect for our family, just a couple of things that weren't perfect, the air conditioning is very noisy as the motor is right outside, one person on reception wasn't enough at times as there was quite often a line up, had to call reception multiple times before an answer, our apartment was cleaned on the third day which was great however I think the houskeeper may have taken my daughters bathers by mistake as they were not were we left them and no where to be found which meant we had to buy another pair for her, and also when we got back after the apartment had been cleaned the balcony door was wide open and we had this door locked and closed when we left in the morning this isn't a big deal just a bit strange. Like I said overall it was an enjoyable stay and when we come back we will consider staying here again as the price facilities and apartments cater perfectly for a family. Thank you

We were initially given a very old and small room due for renovation with cracked tiles in the kitchen, stained furniture and very unpleasant. Upon request we were moved to another room (511) which was much nicer - and ratings are for 2nd room.

It was very enjoyable as my friends were able to visit me for my birthday. Although we weren't loud and disrespectful, the staff made sure we kept the noise to a minimum which is fine but in the end let us be and I am thank ful for that. Once you find your way around, it is a very comfortable place to stay. The men at the front desk were helpful and interacted in a friendly manner. On the survey; Booking Type has insufficient options. I was sharing a 2 bedroom apartment with a work colleague on a business trip.
