we had a great time at Paramount Serviced Apartments our children especially enjoyed the pool. The location was fantastic we were able to walk to the Melbourne Museum and also Federation Square.

Excellent stay. Our first apartment was tired and noisy. After moving units we found Paramount apartments very comfortable and an excellent location to explore Melbourne. All staff members we spoke to were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help at all times.

I have stayed at Paramount apartments on a number of occasions and have always been very happy with the service, location and value for money. The staff are always friendly to deal with, and I would highly recommend any one who wishes to stay in the CBD, to give Paramount a go. The underground car park is a huge bonus as well. I appreciate the security that the apartments have, as I often have travelled without my partner and with our 2 children. The two bedroom apartments are great for this, and at reasonable prices.

We actually stayed 8 nights as we checked in a night earlier 14/10/2014. We were there for our International Convention for Jehovah's Witnesses so location was wonderful. Staff were very helpful, it was great having fresh towels everyday and having our beds made everyday.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect, maybe some washing powder for the washing machine would be the only improvement i can think of, other than that, cant think of anything, loved the food court underneath the apartments as we were cold, tired and hungry after a long day, so that was perfect to go down there and get a lovely meal at night. Your staff was more than helpful and extremely patient with what must have been a very challenging weekend for all of Melbourne, but we loved every minute and will definetly be back! It was the first time we had stayed at Paramount apartments and we were most impressed. We were very thankful for our room with a view of the city rather than a concrete wall, as we have experienced at other hotels nearby. We traveled five hours one-way from interstate for our two night stay, and the rooms and setup, staff and location were fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
