Have stayed many times before, only complaints I have is no clean towels in pool area and when I came to check out I stood and waited 15 mins as there was only one staff person on and she was held up by this couple with a child with limited english trying to change their accomodation as I booked in. There were two staff on duty but both tied up with this couple.

Heated pool really good, shame about the suds in the spa. Some of the tv channels didn't work. No channel 10....didn't work on foxtel either. apartment itself was great. Some lights didn't work.

Very good. Air conditionsing didn;'t work in our room, but staff provided heaters. Foxtel also didn't work. Kitchen cupboard door fell off. Overall stay comfortable, though. Great location

Just a great spot, quiet, easy to access the city, staff were very helpful, and apartment was just fine for our needs. Clean and well equipped. Overall I would stay here again. A few little bits that needed repairs such as dripping taps and the bathroom door lock. But nothing we were worried about. Thanks

Overall experience very good and location very convenient to Her Majestys theatre. Air conditioner (heating) worked better in the bedrooms than the living area and was too noisy at night.

Very convenient location, wonderful facilities of pool, gym + tennis courts. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend to other people. Couldn't beat this accommodation. It was overall a very good experience, location is central and access to Melbourne's sights is really easy with bus train and tram at your doorstep. The main bedroom in 1305 needs its window fixed as the frame is warped and can not close window to block out the outside noise.

We found the Paramount to be above expectation s in most ways. We interacted with 5 staff in total during our stay, and found them all to be courteous, friendly and "smiling". Any requests were acted upon efficiently and competently. The apartment is clean and spacious. It is well appointed and well fitted out overall. The location is perfect for being in the Theatre District, and close to trains/trams.
