.Very happy with staff, especially Rick .8am. breakfast extremely cold but variety excellent Dinner & service excellent it is now Friday 11am & $235.00 has not been returned to our account. This is not acceptable On arriving at hotel we put $135 on our card plus $100 deposit for extras Making $235 Next morning when leaving was asked for card again where we were charged for our room and dinner ($159.50) correct amount This amount was then transacted on the Wednesday from our account, & here we are now on the Friday & are still awaiting the return of our $250 deposit We have stayed at the Ramada many times & have never experienced this problem before. Yes will stay again, but will be more savvy about what goes on our card Incidentally our account is with The Victorian Teachers Mutual Bank Would love some feedback Thank you Bruce McDonald

Enjoyed the stay very much. Excellent location for us. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Air conditioner too cold and unable to change by the in room controller. Asked a member of staff to change the controller to heating whilst we were out but nothing done. Will certainly stay at this hotel again. Better room than we paid a good deal more for at the Novotel in Paris. Very close to a wide variety of restaurants. Thank you Ramada Encore.

The overall stay was lovely as it was close to all facilities. We ended up getting an upgrade when we arrived and the staff were very friendly upon arrival and departure. Felt that the buffett breakfast was not what we expected though.

I commented to my husband that I really love staying at the Ramada Dandenong. I actually feel like I'm staying in an overseas location! I love the fact that I can go to the gym before breakfast and the location lets me duck in and out of the hotel to visit the markets and other local shopping areas. I'm already planning our next visit.
