have stayed many times and generally find it to be a great hotel, not 5 star, but good value. Good rooms, I like the decor and style. The free internet is great. The dining room is very good, simple, convenient and good food. Overall very pleasant place to stay

The only issue that I had in my room was that the light in the bathroom did not work which made it a bit difficult when having to shower etc.

Clean, comfortable, friendly. At breakfast (had a group of asian or Japanese in) bacon disappeared very quickly. Mention to chef who cooked more and then made sure we had some. That meant a lot to us. Followup was excellent and staff all friendly. Thank you.

Had a fantastic stay. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, clean and comfortable room, great value for money. The only negative aspect was that the kettle in the room was faulty. The in-room broadband is a very convenient addition for guests.

Very comfortable and relaxing. Very central to amenities. Wish the space between the bed and the TV wall is a bit wider but then I guess it cannot be improved since the room size is fixed! :-)

We were very impressed with the staff - they were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom door in first room that we were given had broken hinges and the door was fallilng off so we were given the room next door. The TV was not working in this room so after going off to have some lunch we came back to find it was still not working. We insisted on another room and even though being fully booked another room was soon found for us. The staff were very apologetic and couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and adequate for our needs. The location of the hotel was excellent with everything we needed close at hand. We found the value for money was excellent - free breakfast, free internet and free parking all make a difference.

Very disappointing, the TV once again was unable to be turned off with the remote control (this is the 2nd time this has happened), the shower gel in the shower was empty and the sope dispenser next to the wash basin was empty/

Greta job by the team. Had a few issues with in room dining menu, but was resolved very efficiently by the staff. Room was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Stay was a pleasant surprise.
