Experience was fantastic. hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were lovely. The included buffet breakfast was a huge winner . I would definitely choose to stay here again. The location, inclusion of secure parking, and the cafe located below were all definite winners for the hotel.

Whole place was extremely clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful and the dinner and breakfast we had there were a very high quality. Our burgers were cooked to perfection (when ordering we asked for very well done burgers). Our only complaint if any was the asian men (2) on their phones speaking very loudly while we were trying to eat tea.

I am very happy with the time at Ramada. My only comments to improve on things is that: 1) The tomatoes at breakfast need to be kept hot - they always were cold 2) The tea and coffee space at breakfast was inadequate and there was always a mess! Not the fault of Ramada, but some of the guests were just useless in that made a mess often, so there needs to be adequate space so drinks can be made more easily with less mess. 3) I ate dinner there 3 nights of the week and was very happy with the chef, however was also somewhat dissappointed that dessert was not available! Anyway, I was happy with my stay overall, and the free internet is just fantastic! Looking forward to my next stay, as I often work in Springvale - maybe my firm Rothsay Chartered Accountants can get a corporate rate?

Staff were very friendly and accommodated to our request and needs. The location was very close to the freeway and easy to get to. It also seemed very secure and the close proximity to the Dandenong Plaza shopping complex was brilliant.

*Generally Friendly and helpful staff, especially 'Antoinette'. *No remote control in room on arrival had to follow this up. *In-room Internet didn't work which was disappointing as had been advertised & would have made working easier, rather than using own phone Internet connection. *Second morning during breakfast dining room was short things such as knives, glasses and staff. Guests had to keep asking the chef who was wandering around for things needed.

Once again iron did not work and there was no internet cable however these were quickly rectified but the staff. I did end up getting stuck in the hotel lift for an hour but I guess you can't blame the hotel too much for this
