Very clean rooms. Basic but everything we needed.The plaza is right across the road with a cinema so this was great didnt need to drive. The buffet breakie was nice to with something for all of us.Thankyou to the freindly staff also :)

The Ramada provided the perfect accommodation for our family. Being in the heart of the shopping centre was very convenient. Full buffet breakfast was great too. Overall a great place to stay with such helpful staff. Will definitely stay again

Overall experience was great. My only concern was the bedding. otherwise comfortable but i didnt like how the duvet inner wasnt covered. it was only two sheets on either side. very cheap. and that there was a fold up bed waiting for us as well as the queen size, when we only booked a room for two.

i had a wonderful stay from the moment i arrived (early) to when i left (also early). the staff were spontaneously helpful; the room was modern; the mattress new; the food great.the price very reasonable for the service. i have travelled a great deal and rate the Ramada Encore in dandenong up there with the best - thank you. there were two staff memebrs that went oiut of their way: hope and the night staff on saturday night (name forgotten)

I stayed on 2 separate occasions. I left an article of clothing in my room on the first occasion and enquired about it on the 2nd. The staff told me they had a lot of things in lost property. I felt they could have been a bit more helpful in trying to reclaim this item.
