I enjoyed my stay the Ramda but received my main meal a little cold. I did not mention this to your team of people where I am sure that they would have exchanged mt meal. Good service welcoming keep up the good work.

The rooms was what we asked/booked. Had some issues with one of the showers, after discussions with reception staff, I was happy with the compensation.

Staff were nice and the place was good for the price. The power went off in the morning however and the free breakfast was not of a high standard. Drinks ran out, the bacon was greazy and there were no clean cups.

Staff superb. From check-in, in the restaurant/dining area- helpful, friendly etc. Great value for money in the dining area. Most pleased with parking arrangements. The whole hotel was clean and neat.

I was there for work so not too focussed on the social side of things. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was, although the room service menu selection was quite good, the quality of the meals wasn't what would be normally expected from a 4 star hotel e.g. the dressing on the salads wasn't nice but it was coated all over the salad - could have been left on the side or have different dressing as options - also was the same (bottled??) dressing whether you asked for a greek salad or salt & pepper squid or garden salad. Breakfast bar was ok - scrambled eggs let the selection down & the espresso coffee wasn't great.
