I didn't just put everything as "perfect" for no reason, I actually meant it. I've been staying with you guys for years now with my family and now I went with my friends we all loved it. The service was brilliant, the accommodation was perfect and every other element of our stay (breakfast, luggage management) was perfect. Thank you so much for everything and we will be back soon :)

Despite a number of minor issues (eg air con and washing machine didn't work, and no DVD remote) it was a wonderful stay and we were very impressed with the service. Terrific location. We will definitely be back and the kids want the same room!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay and found all facilities well presented and comfortable. We didn't really have any interaction with staff as we only had an overnight stay, reception was polite and pleasant. Staff in the cafe on the 13th floor for breakfast were lovely. Food was good ~ choices and standard.

Thanks for everything. Was able to check in a touch early and also checked out a bit later as requested. Best location we could get given the Bon Jovi concert was at Etihad. Rooms were spacious and staff were helpful when needed. Will definitely be booking again if I come back to Melbourne

I had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I had to change reservations, and the staff were more than helpful. We were very well looked after, despite us presenting some problems, all staff were delightful and easy to deal with. Cant praise high enough. Left a box of choc at reception to thank the staff they were that good

My decision to stay at Riverside was last minute. I'm very pleased with the outcome. The hotel was well positioned for most of our appointments at the Crown. The room was extremely clean, well equipped and gave us flexibility with the number of occupants. Overall it also represented great value for money. Thank you for the hospitality and we will stay again soon.

I stayed at Riverside Ap on September 2010 with two friends and unfortunately we had only two nights in Melbourne, so we could not enjoy much of the hotel services. But the apartment was very clean, confortable, spacious and very well located. The Staff of the hotel is great. Everyone is very friendly and gave us great tips to take advantage of the short time we had to know the city, shopping and eat well. The hotel is near the CBD, Eureka Tower, the Shoppings and the Gardens - you can do everything on foot!

My wife and I arrived at Riverside at about 8am after arriving by ship from Tas at 6am, on a bleak, wet, windy day. We thought we had only a slim chance of getting into our room so early, but the staff-member treated we pensioners kindly, and offered to have our room cleaned first as soon as it was vacant and cleaning staff arrived. Our room was ready by 9.15 and we were delighted to be upgraded. We can't speak more highly of the courtesy of the staff - our apartment was superb - and we'd love to come again!
