Wonderful location, cheerful and helpful staff (Stephen made some very good suggestions). We were quite comfortable except for the noise level in the neighborhood at night -- there seemed to be construction activity nearby, and there was considerable loud machinery noise in the middle of the night -- certainly not the hotel's fault. We'd recommend it, absolutely.

Absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautiful and the view was incredible! Took us a while to figure out how to use the coffee machine and the stove but we figured it out eventually. The shower was a bit of a worry - the door wouldn't close completely, which led water all over the floor and was very close to having a major accident. Checking in and out times were a bit of a worry for us. We were told we couldn't check in until 2am, but luckily enough our room was ready. But other than that, it was perfect. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean.

Next time I stay I will ask for a room not facing the Yarra and the Casino as it is too noisy at night with the trains at night, loved the view whilst I was awake not so much when I wanted to sleep.

Could not have asked for a better spot to stay, absolutley perfect. Will always be staying here when in Melbourne. Close proximity to everything. Loved our apartment that looked out of the yarra, will always be asking for this room, when we are coming again.

The first room we were put in needs some attention to the Air Conditioning (a room at the back of the building on the right hand side of the hallway??) as it would only work on high and the noise in the bedrooms would have prevented us from sleeping and not using air-con was not an option on such a hot night. We were quickly given a room at the front of the building and this was excellent with adjustable air-con which was quiet.

Accommodation very satisfactory. Bathroom, particularly the shower, a little small. Hot/cold water in shower very tricky to adjust to get the right temperature. Excellent location for our needs. Loved the fact windows opened, this type of accommodation very hard to find. Down side a bit noisy when windows open - traffic and nearby roof full of air conditioning units. Staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. We arrived earlier than planned, but reception arranged for us to move into the apartment immediately (10.30am). Location & views great esp evening flame display. Very spacious and great kitchen. Staff very helpful with arranging airport transfer.

I have stayed at the Riverside Apartments many times over a long period of time and I simply 'feel at home'. I love the location, the apartment itself, the view and that I am in a self contained apartment with lots of room. We enjoy going out all day sightseeing or attending a sporting event and then being able to come back to a quiet haven in the Melbourne CBD.

Very good, although the service at the breakfast venue was a bit below par. Also a small issue but for your feedback the dispenser in the bathroom for the soap was not working and a bin for waste in the bathroom would be better.

Wow. I was so surprised. Felt so welcome. The apartment is in great condition, clean and comfortable. Complementary goodies were a nice touch. The view is amazing, I think you should promote that patio area a lot more! It was nice and peaceful.
