We really enjoyed our stay, it was nice to be able to have my parents as well as my 2 young kids without being charged an arm and leg for the addition of my kids. The view and location was great I couldn't get the kids away from the windows!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Riverside Apartments, we will defiantly stay here again as the room was fantastic we all had ample space and it was very clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to call us a taxi and to accomodate our luggage when we first arrived and before we departed.

It's been over 5 years since we stayed at Riverside and while we were happy with the experience, the general cleanliness of the surrounding area on the streets was noticeably more grotty and appeared more down at heel. Perhaps this is something Riverside could take up with the Council.

Although everything was great within the apartment and the location, we were very disappointed by the noise level from our apartment No. 7. Our window faced Highlander Lane and the noise from the nightclub at the end of the land reverberated through to our apartment and the undesirables hanging around in the lane were very noisy plus seeing them urinate in the lane. We have stayed previously a few years ago but because of the sleeping problem we would seek alternative accommodation next year

It was really great, except for one major flaw...The shower to the apartment above must have been over the master bedroom and it was terribly loud, we woke at 3am in the morning (also unfortunate that people above were showering at this time!!) to what we thought was water coming in through the roof, so unfortunately we were awake from then as they were also fairly noise, which was the only bad thing about our whole experience. apartment 1622, no thanks.

We love the location and we love the décor of the apartments we have stayed 3 times in three different apartments and loved them all however this time we stayed in 1512 and that was the best.

Always a great experience and the location is fantastic which is why I keep coming back (and recommending to others)! The complimentary champagne and chocolates were a lovely bonus (it was a shame the champagne wasn't chilled in the fridge though - it would have been nice to enjoy before going out to dinner).

Was perfect to have to catch up with friends in the city, the outdoor balcony 10/10 would love to see it in summer. Layout of apartment is perfect as well with bedrooms separate from lounge kitchen etc, was very good for the early birds.

Great experience. Will be staying again next time in Melbourne. Was happy to get a discounted price. Great views. Have recommended to a friend who is visiting Melbourne later in the year. Had room 1742, temperature in shower took over 5 mins to get right, not sure if it is fixable? Had a fab stay.
