The location is great, short walk to Crown Casino. Free tram available at the door step. Walking distance to shopping areas and Flinder's street station. The staff which processed my checkout was excellent. As my car was impounded that morning as i was about to travel to the airport, he gave me great advise to help me solve my problem and catch my flight to Sydney on time. Many thanks to this gentleman.
The only problem was that there are only one bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment.

Staff were very helpful on booking the room. We arrived late at night (10pm) and the staff member on duty was very helpful. All the staff were helpful with our enquiries. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs.

Staff were verk helpful at all times. Priori to arrival we had email dialogue and questions were responded to in a helpful and efficient way. Meanwhile we were staying air cond crashed. We told the staff and got it fixed same day. Location is also very good.
