Pretty good location, Just below town to keeps out a lot of the noise. Note that hotel entrance is through the lane, not Flinders street so it can be difficult for people to find unless you tell them this.

The apartments were just perfect for our needs. We did have a really bad smell come throw the room which was quite strong.

Wonderful location, pleasant staff - we had visitors come over from another riverside apartment and because ours was a 3 bed, there was only three cups & we couldn't all have a cuppa at the same time. Just a tad inconvenient but OK. Riverside apartment was roomy and kitchen was good. We will definitely be sharing this location amongst our other rural friends & family.

Its a great place , we have stayed before and will stay again, its a convenient location. Some parts of the hotel are looking there age, The bathroom could do with upgrading, the toilet bowl was dirty under the rim, the pillows are to low and soft, your head sinks through it.. But the location is very convenient, so we will be back next time we visit the city...

Staff excellent. Small issues such as the dispensers in the shower did not work and unfortunately it was quite noisy into the early hours with the King Street Saturday night crowd which made sleeping quite difficult.

We have stayed a couple of times at Riverside, the rooms are always generious in size. The staff are courteous and helpful at all times. The location is handy to everything, trams are accessible directly opposite.

Overall it was a great experience. One of your staff members was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us, however another one of your staff members was very vague and not at all helpful. I think this is a shame because it brings the level of the place right down. Thanks for making our stay extremely pleasant.

Kitchen was absolutely spotless and apartment quite spacious. Staff were prompt, friendly and helpful in assisting with access to car park. A little noisy at night but to be expected given the great location.Only downside was that the bathroom was a bit tired.

The bed was lovely and comfy! The night club in the alley was pretty noisy at 1 in the morning, I realise not your fault but it did shock us a bit!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little run down and there were maintenance issues with leaking taps on the washing machine which caused water on the floor in the bathroom and dripping tap in the bath/shower. The toilet lid was also broken but all items were dealt with by management very quickly. A great spot except for the nightclub issues on Friday and Saturday night with noise and the garbage truck at 3am in the morning emptying bins with bottles (rather loud).
