Very pleasant stay, my children were in this room & their stay was similar to my husband's & mine in the next room. Our queen room was very comfortable & spacious, the amenities were very good & clean, the staff & cleaning ladies were all polite & helpful. The breakfast was enjoyable in a pleasant room. The proximity to the tram stop is excellent. We would certainly stay there again.

Enjoyed our short stay. Only little thing we noticed was the noise from the plumbing in the room next to ours. The shower whistled when it was turned on. Besides that kids yelling in the hallway, which is always an issue with other guests, the accommodation was great.

As indicated above, I felt the room was very clean and the staff I had interactions with, extremely helpful - despite locking myself out of my room at 4.30 while shifting bags downstairs for my taxi and needing a replacement key. The only issue I had would be a suggestion- changing the carpet would update the room to reflect the overall very good experience and this would also apply to the carpet and wall coverings in the hallway.

Our room at the back was quiet and we had a restful night's sleep. Everything was very clean. The motel was perfectly situated for what we needed and we would stay at the motel again, if we needed a motel in that part of Melbourne. Reception was friendly and helpful.
