Nice, easy and value for money - Although aged there have been some updates to try and keep the motel modern. Staff were great and placed a microwave, and kettle in the room for me, although I thought these types of appliances were standard these days.

This was our third stay and we love staying here. Value for money is exceptional. Staff are friendly, great little pantry and fridge in reception for essential items or refreshments. Location is perfect and right on the tram line. We have recommended this Motor Inn to family and friends.

My overall experience was extremely satisfactory and staff were both courteous and very helpful. Information prior to arriving was extremely helpful and whilst not living directly in the CBD time and travel were not a problem as both tram and train were available. Most enjoyable stay, my only wish was to stay longer.

Oh, my goodness this place was a life saver! I ended up staying 4 nights after some unexpected issues at my other booked accomodation and it honestly felt like a home away from home. Most of my activities in Melbourne are in suburbs north and east of the CBD so the location for me was perfect!! Have a safe and free car spot was a major win! I stayed in 2 different rooms and both were spacious with great, renovated bathrooms plus the beds all had electric blankets which was just perfect for my winter stay! Linda and Kit were so kind and accommodating and I honestly loved everything about my stay here. Will definitely stay here again when I need to be back in Melbourne! Thank you so much for hosting and running such a wonderful motel. I’m so glad I found you!

I thought it was great for the price especially when you see the price of nearby BNBs..!! The room had been upgraded and the bathroom was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to High Street cafes and trams. It was close to my daughter and just a very convenient central location. Id definitely stay there again (:

We had such a lovely stay. It was perfect! The only drawback was some sediment coming out of the spa jets when we started it. (Possibly just some grime in the pipes?) Otherwise it was great.

Very pleasant stay. Staff friendly and provided a microwave when they knew we were staying longer. A laundry on site was amazing fir a ten day stay. The breakfast was great and having it on site saved walking somewhere. Staff always had a smile and said good morning. We would stay again for sure
