Loved the easy access to the cbd and the comfy bed. I (Melanie) was unwell one day and the cleaning staff very kindly cleaned our room earlier so that I could go back to bed. the customer service was exceptional! the bed was a little uncomfortable and the fold out couch was bent. but very clean, large room compared to description. definitely worth the stay.

The room was well set out with all that you would need for the 5 days we stayed there. The rooms were serviced each day with fresh towels, beds made, dishes done and left neat and tidy. All the staff were happy, helpful and made the stay very pleasant. It was great that the tram station was close to the hotel as this enabled us to get around easily.

Very pleasant staff, comfortable room. Easy to get to the city ,tram stops outside door. Shower not the best doesn’t maintain a constant temp. Room had twin bunks and the top one has no rails to stop you rolling out. But apart from those two minor things it was a very good place to stay, will stay there again when I visit Melbourne.
