i have stayed there a few times and find it very comfortable and convenient. The rooms are nice, the bed is comfortable. Parking is easy and free wifi is great. I had a problem with the hot water but a maintenance man came and fixed it straight away.

Very comfortable stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Hot water flow in the shower was really good. Area was quiet and relaxing. I was able to log into work and do work because the wifi connection was very good.

As usual, very late check in and very early check out so insufficient time for reasonable assessment. Staff professional, but friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. 24 hour reception is a big plus. Location convenient for my business purpose.

The room had a strong smell of stale smoke from a past guess smoking in there or the cigarette waste tray next to the entry door? Either way that was not pleasant.
The floor seemed to have water trapped under the floor boards and squeezed out when I walked across them.

I was very happy with the room, my only negative is the lack of sound/ light proofing on the door. Unfortunately we had very load neighbours both nights and car headlights illuminated our room at all hours of the night.

Staffs are friendly but not proactive to make sure the room has enough facility for 6 guests.

Could not get air-condition to heat so was a bit cold in room
I had steak for dinner and the steak was excellent, however I was a bit disappointed when the menu said salad and all that was provided was some green leaves. You need to make it clear what the meal comes with as I did not consider this a salad in any way

The room smelt of cigarette smoke upon arrival, but did not detract from our stay. Room needs some maintenance as bathroom door coming off hinge, aircon coming away from wall and towel rack bent. Front of house and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and our breakfasts were great.

The room we had was very clean, but I think it really was not big enough for a King bed, also only one cup and saucer in room for 2 people and the little milk tubs, showed milk pieces in coffee.

Very friendly reception staff, had a very efficient check in and check out.
Liked that my case which I left in reception whilst I was away in Brisbane was taken to me room for my return.
My only issue is that there isnt much sound proofing in the rooms - but this isnt unique to your hotel. Overall I have a very good stay.
