Quiet, clean, attractive facility close to Ear & Eye Hospital where I was being treated. Good access to chemists, food stores, takeaway & restaurant facilities.

Great experience. However I forgot to report our room (I think 408), the kitchen cupboards have a ridiculously strong smell of cigarette smoke. It is sickeningly strong and whenever cupboard opened the smell consumes the kitchen. Not sure if you can do anything about this. Great experience otherwise

Very comfortable and in a great position. Just would have liked a towel for each guest ...two towels between three guests. We would have contacted reception but it was late when we discovered the issue.

Travelled with my mum. A very warm greeting at reception upon check in and check out. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroom townhouse. We accepted and appreciated the upgrade very much. We have stayed at the Tribeca apartments previously over the years and will continue to stay here when we visit Melbourne. Excellent value for money and a great location for us with our sporting interests.

Over 6 weeks of staying and then another 2 nights, we found it very good. only thing it needs is some plugs for sinks/bathroom. some rooms need upgrade of saucepansand frypan that don't burn hands. Would recommend to anyone. Reception great..

I came to stay with my mother as she was having laser eye surgery nearby. Service and room was amazing and such great value. We were upgraded to a two bedroom which was a lifesaver. The staff member allocated us a parking place right near the elevator for my mum's sake. The room was ready early and we were given the luxury of a later checkout. Such caring and considerate staff. Amazing experience. I highly recommend it. Will definitely come and stay again.

The lady who checked us in (Linda)? was lovely and tracked down blankets and fixed sofa when it seemed broken. Was a little disappointed with room as it did not match photos on website. One tiny couch is not enough for 6 people. Shower was not so great...not enough hanging space for towels. Also found other guests very noisy when they returned at 1:30am. Otherwise pretty good.

Great location with terrific facilities close by. Only negative point to raise would be the musty smell when leaving the lifts on the fifth floor - smelt like more ventiation needed. Room was fine, service and after hours arrival was great. Will be back next time we travel to Melbourne

Generally a good experience & we enjoyed the stay. However the apartment requires some attention. The toilet roll holder & towel rail was loose, there was no plug to the kitchen sink & no dish cloth to wash up with. No cutting board to kitchen. Toilet seat was loose & the overhead cabinet to the vanity basin is too low.
